Stinging Insect Allergy is another allergic condition affecting almost 2 million Americans. There is a risk of life-threatening reactions to insect venom. The outdoor activities make the individuals more prone to venom stings. Reaction can range anywhere from local swelling to generalized hives to life threatening anaphylaxis reaction.
